Conveyor use and main performance:

1.1 Purpose:

About Aluminum Extrusion Cooling table purpose, it like this: the conveyor smoothly exports and cools the extruded profile. After cooling, cut off slide-out profile, transported to straightening machine and continues to cool. This is the Aluminum Extrusion Cooling table purpose.

Extrusion Cooling table operation steps:

2.1 Check whether all installation parts are firm and reliable.

2.2 Check whether the electrical components and circuits are safe and in good condition.

2.3 Check whether the rotating parts are flexible.

2.4 Adjust all the drive chains that slide out to a moderate tension.

2.5 Adjust the position of each limit switch and iron stopper, and do a manual test, and cooperate with the pneumatic components to realize the sequential actions such as lifting→traversing→lowering→recovery.

2.6 Adjust each eccentric wheel to the same eccentric direction, lift synchronously and flexibly, turn on the air compressor switch to inflate the air bag, store pressure at 0.4-0.6MPa, turn on the cooling table switch (green), press the lift button ( Green), the lifting part of the cooling table is controlled by the travel switch to control the solenoid valve and manipulate the air-deficiency air circuit to complete the following actions, that is, the lifting arm lifts the profile that slides out of the table → transports it horizontally to the cooling table → drops → lifts the arm reset. In the process of completing this movement, order should not be chaotic, lifting height moderate, the movement  slow, position correct. Otherwise adjusted it.

 

Aluminum Extrusion conveyor Maintenance:

3.1 Strictly implement the shift system and make shift records.

3.2 Check the oil mark of the reducer and the lubrication condition of each transmission chain.

3.3 Fixing conditions of frame, bearing housing, motor, reducer and air gap frame.

3.4 Complete the lubrication work according to the lubrication system.

3.5 The connection and fixation of each eccentric wheel, stroke stop iron, lifting arm, etc.

3.6 Sensitivity and wiring of each travel switch (responsible for the electrician).

3.7 Operation buttons, switches and their usage.

Aluminum extrusion Cooling table recautions for operation:

4.1 Put on labor protection before going to work.

4.2 After the profile extruded, turn on the conveyor and all cooling fans immediately.Profile can not leave cooling table. Each extrusion need to moved into the cooling table quickly.

4.3 Operating procedures According to 2.2 test machine operation.

4.4 Cut off power supply during the maintenance process.

4.5 The adjustment of limit switch and solenoid valve must cooperate with electrician.

4.6 After the work is completed, the power must be disconnected, and the equipment and site must be cleaned.
