Aging furnace parts material:

1.Circulating fan: the fan is installed on the upper part of the furnace body;
2. Furnace structure: the furnace body blacket is welded with channel steel, angle steel, rectangular welded  pipe, etc., and the furnace wall sealing plate is δ2-Q235 plate;
3. Insulation: the thickness of the insulation layer on both sides and top of the furnace body is 200mm, the  thickness of the insulation layer at the bottom of the furnace is 120, the thickness of the insulation layer of the furnace door is 160mm; the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton;
4. Furnace door: The thickness of the furnace door is 850mm.
6. Heating method: Integrated burner for direct heating.
